Executive Assistant, CTO & CPO

Job Description

• Serve as a connective tissue between executives and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Orchestrate quarterly planning workshops, business‑review cadences.
• Manage complex calendars and prioritize incoming requests.
• Design lightweight yet scalable systems.
• Collaborate with project leads to keep executives up to date on critical deliverables.
• Coordinate all aspects of domestic and international travel.
• Plan offsites, team workshops, and board meetings.
• Triage executive inboxes and draft responses when appropriate.
• Prepare agendas, briefing docs, presentations, and post‑meeting summaries.
• Promote a continuous‑improvement mindset.

• 5+ years supporting C‑level leaders in high‑growth tech environments.
• Demonstrated track record of building repeatable processes.
• Mastery of calendar, travel, and inbox management.
• Strong facilitation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Office 365 productivity applications, Slack, Zoom, and basic productivity/organization tools.
• High emotional intelligence and impeccable judgment.
• Must reside in the Austin metro area and be available to work on‑site three to five days per week.
• Project management experience a plus.
• Experience directly supporting multiple executives in an engineering or product-led environment.
• Prior experience coordinating technical programs or product launch milestones.
• History of planning board meetings, investor summits, or C‑level off‑sites.
