Project Manager

Job Description

Halcyon is seeking a Project Manager to ensure the successful delivery of cross-functional operations and business systems projects. The Project Manager will focus on operations, tools, systems, and workflows that support and scale the business, rather than product development. The ideal candidate will bring structure without rigidity, helping teams stay connected, motivated, and focused.

The Project Manager will work with teams across the business, removing impediments and providing support where needed. They will also collaborate with the Senior Project Manager to develop foundational processes, tools, and best practices for the Project Management Office.

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end management and successful delivery of projects.
• Own expectation-setting, timelines, deliverables, and communication across cross-functional teams.
• Translate complex inputs and shifting priorities into actionable plans.
• Help teams navigate ambiguity and change.
• Identify risks and roadblocks early and lead with solutions.
• Host engaging meetings.
• Clear paths, remove blockers, and make space for the team.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand the “why” behind the work.
• Collaborate with the Senior Project Manager to shape and drive success.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in project or program management.
• Emotional intelligence.
• Strong project management skills.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Comfort with tools like Jira and Confluence.
