Floor Customer Advisor (Part-time)

Job Description

Jonsson Workwear is seeking a part-time Floor Customer Advisor for their Amanzimtoti location in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. The Floor Advisor will focus on providing customers with an excellent experience and connecting them with workwear solutions.

The role involves:

• Gaining a complete understanding of the product offering.
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Understanding customer needs and connecting them to the right solutions.
• Ensuring products are well-stocked and merchandised.
• Assisting customers with quotations.
• Following up on orders and quotations.
• Processing customer payments.
• Working on weekends when required.

The requirements are:

• Experience in a customer-focused role.
• Excellent telephone manner.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
