Leapwork, a global AI-powered visual test automation platform, is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager. This role involves owning and growing valuable customer accounts, partnering with executive stakeholders to drive adoption, and ensuring long-term success.Responsibilities:
Orchestrating the onboarding process and aligning stakeholders.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth platform setup and training.
Defining success metrics and automation objectives.
Building and executing adoption roadmaps tied to measurable business outcomes.
Monitoring usage data and identifying risks and growth opportunities.
Demonstrating ROI through reporting and business reviews.
Managing the full renewal process and identifying expansion opportunities.
Conducting Executive Business Reviews.
Acting as the customer’s internal champion and leading cross-functional efforts.
Collaborating with Marketing to develop customer stories.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Strategic Account Management.
Experience managing large enterprise SaaS customers.
BA/BS degree in CS or a related field.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency with CRM and CS tools.
Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations.
Ability to travel occasionally.
