IONOS, a leading European provider of cloud infrastructure, is seeking a Working Student (f/m/d) to join their Data Engineer AI Solutions team in Karlsruhe. The ideal candidate will support the implementation of data-driven projects for business partners on the company's open-source big data platform. This role offers the opportunity to work with diverse data, implement ETL jobs, and develop innovative data processing solutions.

Responsibilities include:

• Working with data from various business areas.
• Supporting Data Scientists in AI and ML project implementation.
• Implementing ETL jobs with Apache Nifi.
• Improving the Trino data platform.
• Developing new solutions for data processing.

Requirements:

• Currently studying computer science, business informatics, or a related field.
• Knowledge of databases and SQL.
• Basics of a programming language (e.g., Python, R, Go, Java).
• Structured and independent working style.
• Basics of using Linux and shell scripts.
• Fluent in German and English.
