isaac is seeking a Senior Business Partner to join their team in São Paulo. This role will be responsible for strategically partnering with leaders, diagnosing and redesigning organizational structures, supporting the integration of business units, and promoting mature work models. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach and thrive in a transformative environment.
Role Involves:
- Strategically partnering with leaders (N2 and N3)
- Delivering high-quality information and actionable insights
- Diagnosing and redesigning complex organizational structures
- Supporting the integration of business units
- Promoting mature work models
- Proposing and executing processes and projects
Requirements:
- Experience in organizational design and culture development
- Previous experience as an HRBP supporting Executives and Directors
- Hands-on profile with strategic and execution capabilities
- Autonomy, maturity, and confidence in handling sensitive topics with senior leadership
- Experience in transformation, restructuring, or M&A (a plus)
