Gong is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join their expanding organization in Dublin. Gong transforms revenue organizations by harnessing customer interactions to increase business efficiency and accelerate revenue growth.This role involves:

• Managing the full recruitment life cycle for roles in R&D, Product, and other areas.
• Partnering with internal stakeholders on talent acquisition.
• Building strong candidate relationships and enhancing the candidate experience.
• Focusing on direct sourcing, referrals, and creative, low-cost strategies to maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Staying updated on the latest recruiting technology, trends, and practices.
• Championing Gong’s operating principles and unique culture.

The ideal candidate should have:

• 5 + years of end-to-end recruiting experience in a technology company, preferably a high-growth one.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated success with direct sourcing.
• Tech-savviness and familiarity with the latest recruiting tools.
• Commercial and strategic thinking abilities.
