Job Description
HyperionDev, a leading provider of accelerated tech education, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage the full recruitment cycle. This role involves identifying, engaging with, and hiring top talent to scale the HyperionDev team. The Talent Acquisition Partner will collaborate with the Talent and People Operations teams to develop the company-wide talent acquisition strategy, build the EVP and talent community, and promote the employer brand.
Responsibilities: - Execute the strategic recruitment plan.
- Manage all stages of the hiring process.
- Identify and source applicants through various channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial screening calls.
- Liaise with hiring managers regarding hiring needs.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics.
- Organise candidate data via the ATS (Greenhouse).
- Reach out to potential candidates and build relationships.
- Relay job offers and negotiate terms.
- Help build the Employee Value Proposition.
- Ensure prompt and professional communication with candidates.
Requirements: - 2+ years recruiting experience in a digital/tech environment.
- 1+ years experience in in-house talent acquisition.
- Experience managing the full recruitment cycle.
- Experience using social networks to source candidates.
- Experience managing various stakeholders.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Greenhouse.
