Job Description

HyperionDev, a leading provider of accelerated tech education, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage the full recruitment cycle. The Talent Acquisition Partner will identify, engage with, and hire top talent to scale the HyperionDev team. This role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders, developing talent acquisition strategies, and promoting the employer brand.

Responsibilities include:

  • Executing strategic recruitment plans.
  • Managing all stages of the hiring process.
  • Identifying and sourcing applicants through various channels.
  • Screening resumes and conducting initial screening calls.
  • Liaising with hiring managers and tracking recruitment metrics.
  • Managing candidate data via ATS (Greenhouse).
  • Building relationships with potential candidates.
  • Relaying job offers and negotiating terms.
  • Helping build the Employee Value Proposition.
  • Ensuring prompt and professional communication with candidates.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years recruiting experience in a digital/tech environment.
  • 1+ years experience in in-house talent acquisition.
  • Experience managing the full recruitment cycle.
  • Experience using social networks to source candidates.
  • Experience managing various stakeholders.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Greenhouse.
