HyperionDev, a leading provider of accelerated tech education, is seeking a full-time Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team. This role is based in Johannesburg and offers remote work options. The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to managing the offer process. They will collaborate with internal stakeholders, develop talent acquisition strategies, and contribute to employer brand promotion.
Responsibilities: - Execute strategic recruitment plans.
- Manage all stages of the hiring process.
- Identify and source applicants through various channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial screening calls.
- Liaise with hiring managers.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics.
- Organize candidate data via ATS (Greenhouse).
- Build relationships with potential candidates.
- Relay job offers and negotiate terms.
- Help build the Employee Value Proposition.
- Ensure prompt and professional communication with candidates.
Requirements: - 2+ years recruiting experience in a digital/tech environment.
- 1+ years experience in in-house talent acquisition.
- Experience managing the full recruitment cycle.
- Experience using social networks to source candidates.
- Experience managing stakeholders and building relationships.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably Greenhouse).
