Regional Partner & Alliances Director, North America

Job Description

Backbase is seeking a Regional Partner & Alliances Director for North America. This role involves managing the partner ecosystem, driving revenue growth, and expanding partner capabilities to meet customer goals. The ideal candidate will build a shared vision with partners, drive program adoption, and track progress. They will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership, providing mentorship and performance management to a diverse regional partner team.Role responsibilities include:

• Articulating a disruptive vision to C-level executives within partner organizations.
• Cultivating new relationships with strategic partners at the CxO level.
• Providing leadership and strategy with internal stakeholders.
• Managing a team of Partner Managers to scale partner-sourced opportunities.
• Managing business territory plans and delivering against joint targets.
• Ensuring customer success with partners in program delivery.
• Evangelizing the partner model internally and externally.
• Maintaining C-level and senior partner relationships.

Requirements:

• Experience in scaling a business through a partner ecosystem.
• Knowledge of partner business models, including SaaS.
• Understanding of digital banking and sales.
• 12+ years of relevant experience.
• Background in consulting services and enterprise software.
• Experience in recruiting and developing individual contributors and managers.
