Clara is seeking an Account Executive to join their team in São Paulo. Clara is the leading B2B spend management platform in Latin America, empowering over 20,000 companies with clarity, control, and speed in managing payments, credit, and expenses. This role involves full-cycle sales, strategic account management, and collaboration with various teams.
Role Involves:
- Owning the complete sales process from discovery to close.
- Leading consultative sales conversations with CFOs and finance teams.
- Building a strong pipeline using HubSpot, Sales Navigator, and outbound tools.
- Customizing proposals and positioning ROI-driven solutions for mid-market and enterprise clients.
- Partnering with SDRs, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive the sales motion.
- Maintaining CRM accuracy and contributing to weekly forecasting and learning sessions.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in B2B and consultative sales.
- Comfortable navigating finance stakeholders and complex buying cycles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and storytelling abilities.
- Fluency in Portuguese + professional working English.
- Proficient in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
