Enterprise Customer Success Manager, AMER

Job Description

Notion is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to drive adoption, retention, and expansion for its product. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor and product expert, hosting training and onboarding sessions to educate customers on new use cases of Notion. This role involves shaping the future product by providing customer insights to the product team.Responsibilities:

• Drive onboarding, adoption, utilization, and growth in Notion’s existing customer base.
• Proactively identify customers who aren’t maximizing their opportunity with the product and create action plans.
• Partner with the Account Executive team on Enterprise accounts to expand use cases.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to realize successful renewals and expansions.
• Innovate and iterate on Customer Success programs to retain and grow customers.
• Document and share key findings/learnings with the broader Notion organization.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
• Ability to build Customer Success playbooks and new processes.
• Ability to work cross-functionally to solve customer problems creatively.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
