Job Description
Notion is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead its Product Infrastructure team. This team is responsible for evolving the core systems that enable Notion to scale seamlessly and deliver reliable product experiences. The Engineering Manager will lead a team of senior engineers and drive strategic initiatives to support massive workspace sizes and evolve Notion’s Offline Mode.
What this role involves:
- Building and managing a diverse and inclusive team of engineers.
- Creating a healthy environment for the team that embodies Notion's values.
- Recruiting, coaching, and developing engineers.
- Facilitating planning, prioritization, and staffing of work.
- Owning execution to deliver value to users.
- Working with customer teams and leadership to understand company strategy.
