Notion is seeking a Business Recruiter to join their team and support growth across key functions, including People, Legal, Finance, Customer Experience, and Marketing. The Recruiting team acts as trusted business partners who craft a thorough, inclusive, and curated interviewing experience.In this role, the Business Recruiter will:

• Serve as a trusted recruiting partner to leaders across various departments.
• Own the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing to close.
• Drive diversity and inclusion strategy, with an emphasis on sourcing candidates from under-represented backgrounds.
• Ensure scalable and structured hiring plans for all roles.
• Inspire candidates throughout the interview process.
• Build processes and programs to scale recruitment efforts.
• Partner with cross-functional teams.

Requirements for the role include:

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• A proven track record of identifying, qualifying, and closing exceptional talent.
• Experience coaching and advising hiring managers.
• Experience building diverse candidate pipelines.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• A team player mentality and a positive attitude.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
