  • Mastering the Mirakl Connect platform
  • Owning client relationships and acting as the first point of contact
  • Driving continuous improvement of processes and AI-based tools

  • Streamlining collaboration with developers and other teams
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of technical support experience in a SaaS, technical, or e-commerce environment
  • Strong proficiency with SQL, APIs, SMTP, and SaaS solutions
