NetSuite Technical Lead

Job Description

Fictiv is seeking a skilled NetSuite Technical Lead to join their team. The NetSuite Technical Lead will be responsible for the ongoing administration, optimization, and customization of Fictiv's NetSuite ERP system to support business operations and drive efficiency across the organization. This role combines technical expertise with business process knowledge to ensure Fictiv's NetSuite implementation maximizes value and supports company growth. This role reports to the Director of Engineering, IT Systems.Responsibilities include:

• Serving as the primary administrator for the NetSuite ERP system.
• Troubleshooting and resolving NetSuite-related issues.
• Developing and deploying SuiteScript solutions to enhance NetSuite functionality.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement NetSuite solutions.
• Mentoring software engineers on NetSuite development best practices.

Requirements include:

• 7+ years of proven experience in designing and implementing solutions in NetSuite.
• In-depth knowledge of NetSuite modules.
• Strong understanding of business processes.
• Proficiency in NetSuite configuration, customization, and scripting.
• Excellent communication skills.
