Job Description
Discord is seeking a Workplace Operations Specialist, Analytics to join their Workplace team in San Francisco. This role focuses on optimizing the physical workspace and office experience through data collection and analysis. The Workplace Operations Specialist will contribute to providing a delightful, safe, comfortable, and inclusive office environment for Discord employees and visitors.
What this role involves:
- Implementing and maintaining workplace analytics tools and data.
- Building dashboards and reports utilizing workplace metrics.
- Defining and implementing methods and KPIs for analyzing employee engagement.
- Crafting communication strategies to share findings company-wide.
- Supporting other Workplace Operations team focus areas.
- Responding to workplace support tickets and providing workplace support.
- Being available for employees to come to with office related questions and requests.
- Providing a safe, secure, comfortable, and inclusive office environment.
Requirements:
- 4+ year’s experience working in a workplace support role with demonstrated success leading workplace analytics programs.
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with data visualization tools.
- Experience with workplace analytics platforms.
- Working knowledge of workplace technology and space planning concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift 30 lbs.
