Job Description
Huntress is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Digital, to enhance the company’s digital footprint and marketing strategies. This role involves hands-on campaign implementation and monitoring of B2B marketing campaigns across paid search channels, ensuring effective demand generation. The manager will collaborate with brand, social, integrated campaigns, and data teams to expand Huntress’ position in the cybersecurity industry.

What this role involves:
  • Executing and optimizing strategies for qualified leads through paid digital channels.
  • Recommending and implementing campaigns for new target markets and emerging paid channels.
  • Managing day-to-day execution of paid digital campaigns across Search and Social channels.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support key initiatives and drive high-value actions.
  • Tracking, measuring, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor ROI.
  • Utilizing analytics tools to assess campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Supporting ongoing A/B testing plans to improve the performance of digital campaigns.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in running Paid Digital campaigns at a SaaS-based company (B2B preferred).
  • Hands-on expertise in supporting multiple campaigns through paid digital channels.
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements.
  • Demonstrated effective budget management skills.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting using business platforms.
