Job Description
The Pokémon Company International is seeking a Security Receptionist to ensure the safety and security of its Bellevue, Washington office. This role involves welcoming guests, monitoring access points, and responding to emergencies. The Security Receptionist will also handle administrative tasks and support security programs.
What this role involves:
- Welcoming guests and assisting with visitor check-in.
- Securing premises and personnel through surveillance.
- Providing credentials and managing mail and deliveries.
- Maintaining calendars and responding to inquiries.
- Providing security support for events and responding to emergencies.
- Assisting with administrative duties and security program maintenance.
Requirements:
- One (1) to Two plus (2+) years of related experience.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Experience with customer service and de-escalation skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills.
- Advanced working knowledge of computer-based access control and alarm systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledgeable of contemporary security and property protection techniques and methodologies.
- Experience in responding to emergency situations, injuries, and incidents.
- Experience utilizing closed circuit television (CCTV)/surveillance systems to monitor company areas.
- Familiarity with documenting complex situations into articulated and detailed reports.
- Previous experience taking quick, appropriate action in stressful, hostile, or dangerous situations.
- The ability to remain calm in emergency situations and handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
