Job Description
Belong Health is seeking a Director of Data Management to lead enterprise-wide data integration, quality, governance, and master data management. This role requires strong technical skills, including SQL and AI tools, and a deep understanding of healthcare data. The Director will collaborate with Analytics, Data Engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable data solutions and ensure data reliability. They will report to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and play a key role in ensuring the organization’s data is trustworthy, accessible, and aligned with business priorities.
Role involves:
- Developing and leading enterprise data management strategies.
- Establishing and enforcing data standards.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather data requirements.
- Writing SQL queries for data analysis and validation.
- Leveraging AI tools for data mapping and anomaly detection.
- Overseeing data pipeline reliability and performance.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in enterprise data management.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare datasets (Medicare, claims, provider data).
- Proficiency in SQL and data validation techniques.
- Experience with Analytics platforms (Tableau, Quicksight, Looker).
- Familiarity with healthcare regulatory requirements (HIPAA, CMS rules).
