Job Description

Constructor TECH, an all-in-one platform for education and research, is seeking a Middle DevOps Engineer. Constructor TECH leverages expertise in machine intelligence and data science to cater to the needs of schools, higher education, corporate training, alternative credentials, and professional sports. The company's headquarters are in Switzerland, with entities in Germany, Bulgaria, Serbia, Turkey, and Singapore.

The DevOps Engineer will be responsible for developing, constructing, and maintaining robust infrastructure code, overseeing system performance, and ensuring maximum system availability. He/She will collaborate with engineering teams to enhance products and provide scalable cloud-based SaaS solutions.

Role Involves:

  • Developing, constructing, and maintaining robust infrastructure code.
  • Overseeing system performance and resolving issues.
  • Ensuring maximum availability of systems and infrastructure.
  • Collaborating with engineering teams to enhance and optimize products.
  • Providing dependable and scalable cloud-based educational SaaS solutions.
  • Creating automation, monitoring, deployment, configuration, and service discovery tools.
  • Assessing the software security landscape and identifying potential enhancements.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role.
  • Experience developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitLab.
  • Experience with Kubernetes (k8s), Docker, and tools such as Helm (Helmfile).
  • Experience with provisioning tools such as Terraform (Terragrunt) and Ansible.
  • Solid experience with Linux-based OS and troubleshooting.
