Job Description
CAMP, a Family Experience Company, is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager for their Dallas team. This role involves guiding families through the retail experience, ensuring a magical and memorable visit.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the General Manager in day-to-day store operations and KPI target achievement.
  • Collaborate on action plans and strive to meet objectives and timelines.
  • Act as a role model for the team, driving sales and exceptional customer service.
  • Oversee the Canteen floor, ensuring operational and customer needs are met.
  • Monitor and coach staff to improve selling and customer relationship skills.
  • Create and implement visual and merchandising strategies to boost sales.
  • Motivate the team to exceed business goals through in-store selling.
  • Foster a positive work environment promoting diversity, teamwork, and creativity.
  • Partner with the General Manager to identify training needs and implement plans.
  • Assist in managing labor spend to optimize profit opportunities.
  • Lead the planning and execution of programming, special events, and celebrations.
  • Ensure the schedule leverages in-store programming events.
  • Communicate upcoming events to maximize customer traffic and business.
  • Optimize revenue potential by identifying programming opportunities.
  • Engage with birthday party leads and actively sell/upsell parties.
  • Manage team performance to positively impact customer experience and reviews.
  • Ensure programming supplies are stocked and orders are placed as needed.
  • Ensure a best-in-class store experience for customers.
  • Collaborate with merchandising to optimize the demo program and coach the team.
  • Partner with the General Manager to maximize canteen selling opportunities.
  • Maximize Sponsorships initiatives and manage deliverables.

Requirements:
  • Ability to work at least one weekend day/week, ideally both, with open availability.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in retail, child-care, education, or performing arts.
  • Enthusiasm for engaging with children and families.
  • Desire to be part of a tight-knit team.
  • Patience, warmth, joy, and humor.
