Grammarly is seeking a Technical Account Manager to join their Onboarding and Implementation team. This role is a unique blend of account management, process optimization, and technical implementation, focused on supporting enterprise customers with high-impact solutions. The Technical Account Manager will partner with customers to understand their business needs, provide guidance, and support scalable Coda Docs and systems. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align workflows and deliver business value through Coda's platform.
Role Involves:
- Supporting and maintaining complex solutions.
- Partnering with customers to understand their business needs and providing guidance.
- Guiding customers in platform best practices.
- Auditing existing use cases and providing suggestions for optimization.
- Acting as a trusted partner in creating and optimizing critical business processes.
- Collaborating with customer stakeholders and internal teams.
Requirements:
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
- Ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- A demonstrable track record of technical curiosity.
- Technical knowledge spanning database architecture, API familiarity, and low/no-code tools.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and debugging complex software systems.
- Strong understanding of enterprise business processes.
