Job Description
Critical Mass is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead a globally recognized brand's website and digital marketing program. The Senior Account Manager will focus on data-driven website optimization, UX/UI improvements, and integrated analytics initiatives. He/She will work closely with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver measurable business impact, while fostering a collaborative, authentic, and fun work culture.Role involves:
- Owning and nurturing client relationships.
- Leading short-term enhancements and long-term digital initiatives.
- Coordinating and communicating with clients.
- Guiding cross-functional project teams.
- Driving the development and execution of scopes of work.
- Translating technical and creative concepts into client-friendly language.
- Partnering with analytics teams.
- Staying ahead of client and project needs.
- Playing an active role in client meetings and agency discussions.
Requirements:
- 5–7 years of client services/account management experience in a digital marketing agency.
- Proven experience leading projects from start to finish.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with clients and teams.
- Strong understanding of frontend web development and UX/UI design.
- Familiarity with digital tools such as JIRA, Figma, Smartsheet, and the Adobe Suite.
- Strong financial acumen, including experience with budget management and resource planning.
- Experience collaborating with analytics teams.
