Job Description

Cresco Labs is seeking a Harvest Agent to join their team in Lincoln, IL. The Harvest Agent will be responsible for harvesting and the initial stages of processing Cresco Labs' cannabis products, ensuring high quality and visual appeal. This role involves monitoring and controlling dry rooms to optimize flower qualities, weighing and packaging fresh/frozen flower, and meticulously selecting product for optimal size, quality, and appearance.

The ideal candidate will have two years of experience in general production, preferably in a regulated field producing for human consumption. They should possess strong problem-solving skills, effective time-management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Role Involves:

• Harvesting and processing cannabis products
• Monitoring and controlling dry rooms
• Weighing and packaging flower
• Selecting product for optimal quality
• Maintaining cleanliness of work area

Requirements:

• Two years of experience in general production
• Ability to adhere to compliance and quality guidelines
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Effective time-management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be 21 years of age or older
