Manufacturing (Lab) Technician I

Job Description

Cresco Labs is seeking a Lab Technician I for their facility in Lincoln, IL. The Lab Technician will support product processing and formulation, working under the Lab Manager's direction to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient production area while adhering to quality control measures. This role also involves day-to-day tasks such as prepping and packaging.

Role Involves:

• Preparing Cresco Labs extraction.
• Processing product according to standards.
• Ensuring product consistency through quality control.
• Performing lab bench work and product filtrations.
• Assisting in the packaging department.
• Maintaining a clean and safe production facility.
• Sanitizing production equipment and tools.

Requirements:

• Two (2) years of experience working in a laboratory setting that follows strict health and safety protocols; or any satisfactory combination of training and experience that clearly demonstrates the ability to perform the essential duties of the role.
• Past experience in a highly regulated field producing pharmaceutical or nutraceutical products preferred.
• Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment.
• Proficiency in windows-based software and point of sale applications.
• Ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions with your hands for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.
