Material Handler

Job Description

Cresco Labs is seeking a Material Handler for their Supply Chain team in Yellow Springs, OH. The Material Handler will be responsible for supplying departments with necessary materials and maintaining accurate inventory of non-cannabis materials. This role requires close collaboration with other departments to support facility operations.

Role Involves:

• Providing materials to departments based on work orders.
• Following FIFO for perishable stock.
• Reporting and resolving material shipment discrepancies.
• Tracking and reporting inventory levels.
• Assisting in receiving goods and stocking shelves.
• Operating lift trucks.
• Handling shipments with freight carriers.
• Assisting with grow media removal and plant waste disposal.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of warehouse, production, or manufacturing experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
• Ability to work collaboratively.
• Ability to operate lift trucks (certification required).
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and around equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
