Ramp Network is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to spearhead growth initiatives and brand development. This role offers the opportunity to shape the company's brand narrative and drive user acquisition in a rapidly evolving fintech landscape. The Senior Marketing Manager will be instrumental in defining the company's presence and impact in the global market.
Responsibilities: - Craft and evolve a compelling B2C brand narrative.
- Own and execute off-platform marketing campaigns across social, PR, partnerships, influencer, affiliate, and events.
- Drive top-of-funnel user growth and awareness across global segments, especially in emerging markets.
- Launch trust-building initiatives.
- Build and distribute educational content.
- Partner with Product and Design to align the full journey.
- Use AI-native tools to automate, accelerate, and scale output.
Requirements: - 5–7 years in growth, brand, or product marketing for a B2C product.
- A proven track record of running successful off-platform campaigns.
- Self-starter with AI-native mindset.
- Experience growing international user bases.
- Strong B2C storytelling and brand building skills.
- Ambition to grow into a Head of Marketing role.
