The company is seeking a Branch Manager in Phoenix, AZ, to lead a small team of lending professionals. The Branch Manager will focus on customer retention and coworker development, acting as an ambassador of the business and culture. They will provide customers with the best products and services to meet their financial needs.Role involves:

• Leading a small team of lending professionals
• Delivering company expectations
• Focusing on customer retention and coworker development
• Providing excellent customer service
• Building lasting relationships with customers

Requirements:

• 1-3 years as a Team Lead or Manager
• 1+ years of Customer Service, Sales, or Collections experience
• Teamwork mentality
• Some college or military experience
• Passion for Customer Service and Winning
• General understanding of basic math
• Pleasant phone voice
• Ability to approach a stranger like a friend
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays
• Satisfactory completion of pre-employment screenings
• Reliable transportation and valid Driver’s License
• Fluent in English and Spanish
