iCapital is seeking an Assistant Vice President, Project Manager to join their Advisor Platform Product department. This role involves leading the planning and execution of complex, cross-functional software development initiatives critical to firm-wide priorities. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering enterprise-scale technology projects in financial services.
Responsibilities: - Own and drive the end-to-end delivery of strategic software initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with various teams.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans.
- Identify and resolve project risks and blockers.
- Translate business requirements into actionable user stories.
- Oversee project tracking tools.
- Facilitate decision-making forums and working sessions.
- Champion continuous improvement.
Qualifications: - 6+ years of experience in project management or business analysis roles.
- Proven experience delivering complex software projects in financial services or fintech environments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and prioritize competing demands.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and tools.
- Operational rigor with a focus on process improvement.
- Experience peer influencing projects.
- PMP, SAFe, CSM, or CSP certifications are a plus.
- Able to translate high-level business goals into actionable project plans and deliverables.
