Project Manager -Assistant Vice President

iCapital is seeking an Assistant Vice President, Project Manager to join their Advisor Platform Product department. This role involves leading the planning and execution of complex, cross-functional software development initiatives critical to firm-wide priorities. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering enterprise-scale technology projects in financial services.Responsibilities:

• Own and drive the end-to-end delivery of strategic software initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with various teams.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans.
• Identify and resolve project risks and blockers.
• Translate business requirements into actionable user stories.
• Oversee project tracking tools.
• Facilitate decision-making forums and working sessions.
• Champion continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in project management or business analysis roles.
• Proven experience delivering complex software projects in financial services or fintech environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and prioritize competing demands.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and tools.
• Operational rigor with a focus on process improvement.
• Experience peer influencing projects.
• PMP, SAFe, CSM, or CSP certifications are a plus.
• Able to translate high-level business goals into actionable project plans and deliverables.
