Builder.io is seeking an xDR (Cross-Functional Development Representative) to join their team and drive customer growth. This hybrid role, based in San Francisco/Bay Area, CA, involves collaborating with sales, marketing, operations, and product teams to shape a fast-growing category. As a shareholder, the xDR will have a personal stake in the company’s growth, creating the pipeline that fuels sales success.Builder.io is a remote-first organization, but this position requires in-person collaboration, initially two times per month, increasing to 2-3 days per week once the office is established. Candidates should be comfortable with this hybrid arrangement and located within commuting distance of San Francisco, CA.
Responsibilities: - Build pipeline to support revenue growth.
- Partner with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams.
- Develop and implement efficient processes for pipeline creation and lead management.
- Focus on thoughtful, strategic outreach to engage prospects.
- Serve as a product advocate, using insights to improve pipeline quality.
- Gain valuable skills to advance into roles in sales, marketing, customer success, operations, or as an account executive.
Requirements: - 1-2 years in sales or a related field (B2B SaaS or developer-focused roles preferred).
- Adaptability to fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks accurately under pressure.
- Curiosity to deeply understand Builder.io’s product and value proposition.
- Confident communication skills for crafting and delivering impactful messaging.
- Proactive attitude and a strong drive for success.
- Familiarity with organizational decision-making processes.
