Napoleon Sports & Casino is seeking a driven graduate for a Commercial Management Trainee position in Aalst, Belgium. This program aims to develop future leaders, preparing them for a Commercial Lead role. The candidate will receive training and mentorship, gaining experience across various business functions, reporting to the Head of P&L Sports. The role involves shaping business growth and providing insights to central product teams.Responsibilities include:
- Participating in a rotational program covering Sports, Gaming, Risk & Fraud, Payment, Customer Service, Campaign, and P&L management.
- Shadowing professionals and assisting in daily activities.
- Collaborating on strategic projects and initiatives.
- Analyzing market trends and customer data.
- Developing commercial initiatives to drive revenue and engagement.
- Working with senior leaders to understand business objectives.
- Demonstrating leadership potential and driving continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, economics, analytics, or related field.
- Fluency in English and Dutch; proficiency in French is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
- Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn.
- Demonstrated leadership potential.
- Eligibility to work in Belgium for at least 6 months.
