MiQ is seeking an Associate Account Manager to support their Account Management team. This role involves campaign management troubleshooting and learning account management. The Associate Account Manager will grow existing business through client service, strategic insights, and operational excellence. They will collaborate with Sales, Trading, Product, and Analytics teams.
- Supporting a portfolio of clients and ensuring optimal performance.
- Presenting insight reports that blend campaign performance and business challenges.
- Confirming all relevant campaign information and troubleshooting challenges.
- Scheduling check-ins with the team and client, and ensuring timely reporting.
- Collaborating with internal teams to improve processes and efficiency.
- Attending AM-related trainings and completing Accreditation modules.
- Communicating clearly with external partners and internal stakeholders.
- Strategizing with senior team members to provide proactive advice.
Requirements: - 0-2 years of advertising technology or media planning experience.
- Interest in technology and ability to learn new tech quickly.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize projects.
- Ability to share ideas and look for efficiency in processes.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
