Affirm is seeking an analytically-minded Analyst I, Full Stack to join their Growth Analytics team. This role is remote within Canada. Affirm is reinventing credit to make it more honest and friendly, giving consumers the flexibility to buy now and pay later without any hidden fees or compounding interest.He/She will be responsible for research, reporting, and experimentation vital to build outstanding consumer-facing and merchant products. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and an eagerness to collaborate with different teams.
What this role involves: - Owning end-to-end analytics workflow, including defining success and generating insights.
- Supporting the broader analytics community through knowledge sharing and collaboration.
- Continuously seeking out implementing improved operational workflows.
- Supporting efforts to identify and organize key business metrics.
- Evaluating colleagues pull requests to ensure adherence to Affirm's code review best practices.
What the candidate should have: - 1-3 years of experience in an analytically-driven role.
- Strong working knowledge of SQL (preferably Snowflake).
- Knowledge of analytics development tools such as Git, Looker, Sigma, and DBT is a plus.
- Practical and theoretical knowledge of A/B testing is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitatively rigorous subject area.
