Affirm is seeking an IT Support Admin to support its technology infrastructure. The role involves troubleshooting and problem-solving, with a focus on compliance and documentation. The IT Support Admin will be the main point of contact for San Francisco IT, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Offering in-office support for the San Francisco team.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in macOS administration and technical support.
- Understanding of audiovisual systems.

- Adaptability in working across diverse technological environments.
- Experience in provisioning and deprovisioning of machines and user accounts.
- Experience managing enterprise-level security protocols.
