A prominent company is seeking a Junior QA Engineer to contribute to the development of their digital banking platform. The successful candidate will be part of a backend team responsible for the Entitlements area, focusing on Access Control, Approvals, and Limits features.
The role involves:
- Developing, enhancing, and executing automated and manual tests.
- Providing test evidence and reports.
- Participating in peer reviews of automated test scripts.
- Maintaining test automation pipelines.
- Involvement in broader quality initiatives.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in writing, executing, and debugging automated and manual tests.
- Living in Kraków or nearby and willingness to come to the office twice a week.
- Hands-on coding experience with Java.
- Hands-on automation testing experience with the ability to set up a testing environment (REST assured preferred).
- Understanding of the SDLC process and its application with continuous integration tools like Jenkins (experience in GitHub Actions is a plus).
- Proactive approach and quick learning ability.
- Working knowledge of Playwright or K6 is a plus.
