Job Description
Sagent is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their Customer Success department. Sagent is a leading SaaS-based mortgage servicing and financial technology company. The ideal candidate will manage projects, build customer relationships, identify sales opportunities, and manage contracts.

Role Involves:
  • Managing and achieving project goals.
  • Maintaining control over project schedules and budgets.
  • Building and nurturing strong customer relationships.
  • Serving as a primary point of contact for customers.
  • Identifying potential sales opportunities.
  • Managing contracts.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • 3 - 4 years of experience in a related field.
  • Knowledge and experience in Loss Mitigation preferred.
  • Solid project management skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Exceptional customer relationship management abilities.
  • Proficient in identifying and promoting sales opportunities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage contracts of varying lengths and strategic importance.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 15%).
