Sagent is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their Customer Success department. Sagent is a leading SaaS-based mortgage servicing and financial technology company. The ideal candidate will manage projects, build customer relationships, identify sales opportunities, and manage contracts.
Role Involves:
- Managing and achieving project goals.
- Maintaining control over project schedules and budgets.
- Building and nurturing strong customer relationships.
- Serving as a primary point of contact for customers.
- Identifying potential sales opportunities.
- Managing contracts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant discipline (or equivalent experience).
- 3 - 4 years of experience in a related field.
- Knowledge and experience in Loss Mitigation preferred.
- Solid project management skills with a strategic mindset.
- Exceptional customer relationship management abilities.
- Proficient in identifying and promoting sales opportunities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage contracts of varying lengths and strategic importance.
- Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 15%).
