Power Digital is seeking a Digital Marketing Project Manager to play a crucial role in the success of the Strategy team. This individual will serve as the communication and coordination hub between internal team members and clients. Reporting to the Head of Strategy and supported by the Project Management Office (PMO), the Project Manager will manage and deliver solutions from inception to completion.This role involves managing multiple concurrent accounts and projects, working closely with clients and internal teams to meet strategic and tactical marketing objectives. The ideal candidate will be proactive, possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be capable of meticulously organizing and keeping projects on track without compromising quality.Responsibilities:
Manage multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional team members via web-based project management software (Asana).
Create and execute project plans, revising as needed to meet changing requirements.
Oversee all aspects of projects and deliverables: scope, risk, schedule, budget, quality, and communication.
Support internal and external status meetings, capturing and distributing meeting notes and action items.
Communicate deliverable timelines to clients and maintain close communication on feedback timelines.
Provide support with final QA of deliverables.
Collect new work requests and work with the Strategy lead to prioritize and identify resources.
Provide regular updates and progress reports to internal teams and client stakeholders.
Conduct risk management and escalate issues proactively.
Identify areas for improvement with internal and external processes.
Requirements:
At least five (5) years of experience leading projects within an analytics team, interactive advertising, or digital marketing agency environment.
3 years of agency experience.
Strong proficiency with web-based project management platforms (Asana highly preferred).
CAPM, CSM, PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or equivalent preferred.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Professional approach and comfort with conflict management and mediation.
Proficient in all aspects of project management process groups.
Ability to direct teams effectively in task prioritization and execution.
Excellent diplomatic, interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Process-driven, highly organized, and methodical with excellent time management skills.
Enthusiastic and committed attitude, flexible problem-solver, open to change.
Self-starter with the ability to think independently and work autonomously.
Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level is required for this role.
