Power Digital is seeking a Digital Marketing Project Manager to play a crucial role in the success of the Strategy team. This role involves serving as the communications and coordinating hub between internal team members and clients. The Project Manager will report to the Head of Strategy and be supported by Power’s Project Management Office (PMO).This individual will manage multiple concurrent accounts, projects, and multi-disciplinary teams to meet client objectives. They will be proactive, possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.Responsibilities:
Manage multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional team members via web-based project management software (Asana).
Create and execute project plans and revise as needed.
Own organization of provided client assets.
Oversee all aspects of projects and deliverables.
Support internal and external status meetings.
Communicate deliverable timelines to clients.
Provide support with final QA of deliverables.
Collect new work requests and prioritize resources.
Provide regular updates and progress reports.
Conduct risk management and escalate issues.
Identify areas for improvement with internal and external processes.
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience leading projects within an analytics team, interactive advertising, or digital marketing agency.
3 years of agency experience.
Strong proficiency with web-based project management platforms (Asana preferred).
CAPM, CSM, PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or equivalent preferred.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Professional approach and comfort with conflict management.
Proficient in all aspects of project management process groups.
Ability to direct teams effectively in task prioritization.
Excellent diplomatic, interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Process-driven, highly organized, and methodical.
Enthusiastic and committed attitude, flexible problem-solver.
Self-starter with the ability to think independently.
Subject matter familiarity in analytics, marketing science, or digital marketing is ideal.
Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level is required.
