Power Digital is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant & Project Manager to support the leadership of their Client Experience (CX) team. This role is critical to optimizing internal workflows that drive client satisfaction, increase retention, and enable cross-sell/upsell opportunities. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels in stakeholder coordination.Role involves:
  • Managing calendars and prepping materials for meetings.
  • Tracking project progress and surfacing client retention and upsell opportunities.
  • Updating task boards and documenting action items.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Streamlining team rituals and maintaining centralized documentation.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years in an executive assistant, project manager, or operational support role (agency experience preferred).
  • Proven success in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High proficiency in project management and productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Asana).
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused.
  • Strong understanding of client lifecycle and digital marketing agency dynamics is a plus.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level
