Job Description
Skedda, a leading global workplace management platform, is seeking a Product (UX) Designer to join their team. This is a remote role based in Europe (CET/GMT). The ideal candidate will be a design generalist who enjoys learning new things and is comfortable working through ambiguity. They will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and other departments throughout the full product development lifecycle.
Role Involves:
- Leading and conducting user research
- Creating wireframes and prototypes
- Delivering high-quality designs and specs
- Maintaining and improving the design system
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in UX or Product Design
- Strong proficiency with Figma
- Experience conducting user research
- Familiarity with accessibility standards
- Basic technical proficiency with HTML, CSS, and frontend frameworks
