Job Description
WellPower is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and support a high-performing recruitment team. This role is responsible for overseeing full-cycle hiring, onboarding/offboarding, student placements, and new hire orientation. The Talent Acquisition Manager drives strategic recruitment initiatives, enhances hiring processes, ensures a positive candidate experience, and aligns talent strategies with organizational goals. The Manager partners with stakeholders to deliver high-quality hires while ensuring compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Role Involves:
  • Developing and implementing effective sourcing and recruitment strategies.
  • Leading the design and execution of recruiting programs.
  • Overseeing preboarding, onboarding, and new hire orientation processes.
  • Managing offboarding and exit interview procedures.
  • Leading student placement coordination.
  • Establishing and monitoring recruitment metrics.
  • Providing guidance and support to hiring managers.
  • Ensuring compliance with employment laws.
  • Delivering training and tools to support equitable hiring processes.
  • Enhancing employer branding efforts.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition or human resources.
  • At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience in Talent Acquisition, or Human Resources.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple disciplines and job levels.
  • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition technologies, sourcing strategies, and hiring analytics.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing organization-wide talent strategies and process improvements.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
