Job Description
PhonePe is seeking a Lead Motion Designer to join their team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience and a strong portfolio demonstrating a clear understanding of design. This role involves collaborating with design, product, and brand teams to create visual content that aligns with PhonePe's brand.
Responsibilities:
- Creating assets and setting guidelines for visual content.
- Ensuring adherence to brand guidelines across all creatives.
- Executing design for key projects and initiatives.
- Collaborating with the Creative Manager to develop design strategies.
- Designing banners, emailers, and infographics.
- Creating print and digital designs for brand marketing collaterals.
- Presenting design solutions to stakeholders and incorporating feedback.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in motion design.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a clear understanding of design principles.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
