Lucid Motors is seeking a Brand Ambassador to represent its luxury electric vehicles in Los Angeles. This role involves being the first point of contact for guests at the Lucid studio, providing information, and scheduling test drives. The Brand Ambassador will play a crucial role in delivering an outstanding customer experience and building the Lucid brand.Responsibilities:
Welcoming guests and resolving inquiries
Capturing leads in Salesforce
Assessing customer needs and recommending vehicles
Referring leads to Sales Specialists
Maintaining knowledge of Lucid vehicles and services
Providing operational support
Ensuring test drive vehicle readiness
Requirements:
Exceptional people and communication skills
Experience in a customer-facing industry
Patience and professionalism
Passion for the EV industry
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
High School diploma/GED
Prior experience with CRM tools like Salesforce preferred
Valid driver’s license
