Delivery Associate

Job Description

Lucid Motors is seeking a Delivery Associate to facilitate the delivery of luxury electric vehicles. This role involves ensuring vehicle readiness, completing necessary documentation, and providing exceptional customer service. The Delivery Associate will guide customers through vehicle features, address inquiries, and manage lease-end vehicle returns.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a pipeline of assigned deliveries
• Conduct pre-delivery conversations with customers
• Guide customers through vehicle features
• Conduct post-delivery conversations with customers
• Manage lease-end vehicle returns
• Represent Lucid and its technological advantages
• Utilize Salesforce to document essential details
• Manage vehicle readiness
• Prep and stage vehicles
• Complete required paperwork
• Book and track final mile transport
• Assist with daily operations

Requirements:

• 1-5 years of customer-facing professional experience
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity
• Experience in luxury retail or hospitality preferred
• Comfort with using Salesforce or equivalent CRM system
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Passion and enthusiasm for Lucid products
• Strong communication and empathy skills
• Ability to prioritize and schedule tasks independently
• Passion for electric vehicles
• Clear driving record
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, nights, and holidays as needed
