Job Description
Lucid Motors is seeking a Delivery Associate to facilitate the successful delivery of customer vehicles. This role involves ensuring vehicle readiness, completing necessary documentation, and providing customers with a comprehensive overview of their new Lucid vehicle's features and functions. The Delivery Associate will tailor the delivery experience to meet individual customer needs, manage lease-end vehicle returns, and schedule grounding appointments.
The Role Involves:
- Managing a pipeline of assigned deliveries through communication with Sales Specialists.
- Conducting pre-delivery conversations with customers.
- Guiding customers through vehicle features and functions.
- Managing lease-end vehicle returns and scheduling grounding appointments.
- Representing Lucid by articulating technological, design, and quality advantages.
- Utilizing Salesforce to document essential details.
- Managing vehicle readiness and staging vehicles for customer appointments.
- Completing required paperwork and coordinating final mile transport.
Requirements:
- 1-5 years of customer-facing professional experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity.
- Experience in a luxury retail or hospitality environment preferred.
- Comfort with using Salesforce or equivalent CRM system.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, sales, or related discipline.
- Passion for Lucid products and technological advances.
- Ability to prioritize and schedule tasks independently.
- Clear driving record and ability to travel locally and overnight as needed.
