Job Description
Lucid Motors is seeking a Sr. Manager to join its Strategy and Business Development team. This role involves driving strategic planning, strategy execution, and creative problem-solving to shape the organization's future direction and identify growth opportunities.
  • Leading execution on strategic priorities
  • Conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses
  • Developing and presenting executive-level strategic recommendations
  • Translating customer needs into strategic product roadmaps
  • Partnering with product and engineering teams
  • Communicating strategic vision and roadmaps
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of professional experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, or equivalent
  • Experience at a top-tier management consulting firm or investment bank
  • Expertise in automotive, mobility, or tech/AI sectors
  • Ability to be objective, structured, and process-oriented
  • Ability to think clearly and creatively to solve problems
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Project management skills
  • Business acumen with strong financial, research, and analytical skills
  • Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
