Lucid Motors is seeking a Sr. Manager to join its Strategy and Business Development team. This role involves driving strategic planning, strategy execution, and creative problem-solving to shape the organization's future direction and identify growth opportunities.
Leading execution on strategic priorities
Conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses
Developing and presenting executive-level strategic recommendations
Translating customer needs into strategic product roadmaps
Partnering with product and engineering teams
Communicating strategic vision and roadmaps
Requirements:
10+ years of professional experience
Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, or equivalent
Experience at a top-tier management consulting firm or investment bank
Expertise in automotive, mobility, or tech/AI sectors
Ability to be objective, structured, and process-oriented
Ability to think clearly and creatively to solve problems
Ability to influence senior stakeholders
Project management skills
Business acumen with strong financial, research, and analytical skills
Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
