Job Description
Lucid Motors is seeking a Powertrain Manager to lead the strategic direction, planning, and execution of Powertrain Electric Vehicle (EV) operations. This role involves providing leadership to the Powertrain EV team, ensuring seamless integration into the overall production process, and the successful launch of EV Powertrain operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic direction for Powertrain EV operations.
  • Supervise and mentor the Powertrain EV Launch team.
  • Monitor the execution of the Powertrain EV manufacturing validation plan.
  • Facilitate effective communication between teams and stakeholders.
  • Provide support and guidance in addressing challenges and resolving issues.
  • Oversee the implementation of quality control plans.
  • Coordinate and validate the material plan for Powertrain EV.
  • Review and analyze reports on the Powertrain EV’s status.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in EV manufacturing at reputable OEMs.
  • Strong background in Powertrain EV operations, high automation level, Batteries, Electrical Drive Unit and launch activities.
  • Proven leadership and managerial skills, with experience overseeing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in a leadership role overseeing Powertrain EV industry operations.
