Job Description
Lucid Motors is seeking a Supplier Conformance Analyst to ensure supplier compliance with logistics and supply chain requirements. This role involves leading communication between various teams and suppliers to address compliance challenges and enforce Lucid's standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of automotive or operational processes and excellent communication skills.
Role involves:
- Understanding supplier compliance challenges.
- Forecasting compliance financial impacts.
- Partnering with Global Supply Managers to correct supplier compliance issues.
- Ensuring accuracy in compliance challenge recording and communication.
- Identifying areas of opportunity within the compliance process.
- Serving as an internal resource for supplier compliance questions.
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in supplier compliance, automotive, customer service, or related field.
- Experience in automotive or operations preferred.
- Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organization and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
